Programs
-
Encouraged for all levels, Fundamentals Classes build a solid foundation for members to be introduced to Muay Thai. These classes focus on building basic Muay Thai techniques (punching, kicking, knees, teeps, and clinch) and concepts.
-
Padwork classes focus on refining pad-holding and striking techniques while building confidence in calling combinations. Suitable for all levels, these sessions utilize a variety of Muay Thai equipment, including Thai pads, belly pads, focus mitts, kick shields, and heavy bags, to develop fundamental Muay Thai skills.
-
Aimed at bridging the gap between pad work and sparring, Partner Drills offer a safe and effective way to build sparring skills. These classes simulate realistic sparring scenarios while emphasizing defense fundamentals. Suitable for all levels, partner drills help develop pattern recognition, combinations, and techniques with a live partner.
-
Thai technical sparring is a controlled practice session designed to enhance skills and techniques in a safe environment. It emphasizes precision, timing, and technique rather than intensity and power. Some experience recommended.
-
A quintessential part of Muay Thai. These drills build on the art of clinch. Clinching in Muay Thai is a close-range fighting technique that involves controlling your opponent's head and arms. It's a type of stand-up wrestling that's unique to Muay Thai.
-
Open to all experience levels, All Level Boxing focuses on building boxing fundamentals, improving fitness, and enhancing overall conditioning. Participants will learn fundamental techniques while also challenging themselves with more advanced skills as they progress
