Programs

Fundamental Muay Thai

Encouraged for all levels, Fundamentals Classes build a solid foundation for members to be introduced to Muay Thai. These classes focus on building basic Muay Thai techniques (punching, kicking, knees, teeps, and clinch) and concepts.

Padwork

Padwork classes focus on refining pad-holding and striking techniques while building confidence in calling combinations. Suitable for all levels, these sessions utilize a variety of Muay Thai equipment, including Thai pads, belly pads, focus mitts, kick shields, and heavy bags, to develop fundamental Muay Thai skills.

Strength Training

Our Strength Training classes provide evidence-based programs designed for all levels, focusing on building overall body strength. The sessions emphasize key compound lifts, such as deadlifts and squats, with a strong emphasis on safety and long-term sustainability.

All Level Boxing

Open to all experience levels, All Level Boxing focuses on building boxing fundamentals, improving fitness, and enhancing overall conditioning. Participants will learn fundamental techniques while also challenging themselves with more advanced skills as they progress

Conditioning Training

Conditioning Classes focus on functional movement and athletic performance, emphasizing explosiveness, stability, mobility, and endurance. These sessions are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels.

Partner Drills 

Aimed at bridging the gap between pad work and sparring, Partner Drills offer a safe and effective way to build sparring skills. These classes simulate realistic sparring scenarios while emphasizing defense fundamentals. Suitable for all levels, partner drills help develop pattern recognition, combinations, and techniques with a live partner.
